Information Homnai processes

Homnai processes account identifiers, verified phone information, user-provided home records, documents, repair requests, media selected by the user, usage records, billing entitlements, and approximate or exact home location required for the Home Passport and local-service features.

Purpose and control

Information is used to provide account security, Home Passport storage, maintenance and repair workflows, AI-assisted features explicitly initiated by the user, local-service discovery, billing access, support, abuse prevention and legal compliance. Sharing with household members or service providers is user-controlled and revocable where the feature permits.

AI processing

Homnai sends only the content selected for a requested AI operation. Exact street address, unit, phone number and full postal code are excluded from OpenAI repair-analysis prompts unless a future feature clearly requests separate consent.

Retention and deletion

Users can request account deletion in the app or through the account-deletion page. Store subscriptions may require separate cancellation through the applicable store.
